About My Randolph Life

My Randolph Life

Life here in Randolph MS, by David and Karen Schupbach.

Some cultures believe in a succession of lives, one after the other, in the physical sense.  Reincarnation if you will.

I think that’s bogus, but I have noticed that this one life we have can come to a close in one place, and continue again in another.  In a way I guess, that’s reincarnation! ;-)

In December of 2006 I met a wonderful lady named Karen Garner, who became my wife on August 4th of 2007.  I had known Karen’s brother David since 1982, but he never even mentioned to me that he even HAD a sister that I recall, until sometime in the summer of ’06!  Of course, me being me, I had never asked either…  To give you a little background, my Mother and Father had what I always considered the ‘perfect’ relationship.  Neither one was the ‘BOSS’, they were partners in life!

1963?

1963?

I guess this affected me deeply, on a very subconscious level, because at 6 yrs of age, I was already searching for that other person in MY life, sending crayon-drawn red hearts to the little dark-haired girl on the other side of the schoolroom….

But of course, the harder you search for something, the less likely you are to find it!

By the “advanced” age of 25, I  had given up, and was willing to settle for the first person who said they ‘loved’ me…  Spent 17 years married to the ‘wrong’ person, (who was probably the ‘right’ person, in that it took that experience to open my eyes!) and by the time I met Karen, I was pretty much convinced that the kind of love my parents had only happened to a lucky few, and I was one of the majority, not an exception!

  4. Hi Laron,
Everything online is pretty much being neglected except http://dnkstore.net/blog as I am totally focused on HHO R&D.
